Cancellation:

Customers may cancel at any time.
We reserve the right to cancel the Customers account at any time.

Refund:

TechoVestor honors refund requests up to 30 days, minus a 6% service fee.

Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.

Reactivation:

Only Customers, whose Websites maintenance payment has elapsed for less than 3 months, are eligible for a free activation.

Price Change:

The amount you pay for hosting will not increase from the date of purchase. (only if you add additional Websites.) We reserve the right to change prices listed on our site at any given time. We reserve the right to increase the amount of resources given to plans at any time.

Promotions:

Only first-time customers are eligible to receive “zero-down” promotions. We reserve the right to start and stop any promotions at any time, without any notice.

Back-ups:

Back-ups must be made by clients. We are unable to provide daily back ups as a result of the amount of resources sites take up. Therefore it is your best interest to make back ups of your site on a regular basis in case of any unlikely server break downs.

Abuse:

If any client is in any way disrespectful towards any of our staff, we have the full right to remove them from our services without any refund.

Refusal of Service:

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.
